Storage & Shelf Life

Cheese must be kept refrigerated.

For your convenience, the gift box arrives unsealed. If you’re buying the hamper as a gift, this allows you to simply remove the individual cheeses and store them in the fridge until you’re ready to give it — rather than having to find space for the entire gift box.

Each cheese is individually wax coated, helping to protect its freshness and allowing it to travel exceptionally well. When stored correctly in the fridge, the cheeses typically carry a shelf life of up to six months.

When it’s time to give your gift, simply place the cheeses back into the box for presentation.

Once opened, keep the wax in place where possible and wrap the exposed cheese in cling film or airtight packaging to help preserve its quality.
