Storage & Shelf Life

Cheese must be kept refrigerated.

Each portion is wax coated, allowing it to travel exceptionally well while maintaining freshness. When stored correctly in the fridge, cheeses typically carry a shelf life of up to six months.

Once opened, keep the wax in place where possible and wrap in cling film or airtight packaging to help preserve quality.
